Nature is our greatest healer, it is where we slow down, pause and connect. Delivering therapy in beautiful places and green spaces provides a safe, theraputic, natural enviroment to heal.

I have over 20 years experience in working with health and wellbeing in the NHS and private sector. As a Social Worker, Therapist, Holistic Practitioner and Expert Practitioner in eating disorders.  
 
The Wildings Wellbeing offers a unique style of therapy and coaching to individuals who are experiencing the physical, psycological and emotional impact of LIFE ! 

We live in a difficult enviroment, life is hard.  
Changes to self, work, relationships, family, finance, loss of identity, grief, trauma, menopause, ageing and bereavment are just a few of the reasons clients come to see me. 

We naturally develop coping stratergies, which can often be unhelpful. We experience episodes of anxiety, depression, low mood, overthinking, procrastinaion, avoidance and burnout. 

We continue to use these unhelpful coping stratergies, often developing more,  remaining unwell, unhappy and even more stuck while the cycle continues.

We go into our head and come out of our life, we cant see the wood for the trees.

The Wildings Wellbeing.
 
 I provide Intergrative Therapy, which is an individualised holistic approach to meet your theraputic need. This combines interventions theories, techniques and approaches from different theraputic schools.
 
 Theraputic approaches include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Life Coaching and Mindfullness based practices. 
 
 Theories include: Solution Focused, Systems, Narrative, Conflict, Social learning & Family Systems. 
 
 Holistic approaches using yoga, meditation & breath work, massage, walking and nature therapy. 
 
 Intergrative therapy involves discovering and understanding yourself, and how your individuality relates to your overall human function. 
 
 Using these theories, treatments and approaches we formulate a beautiful personal treatment plan, helping you to explore, identify and find your true authentic self. 
 
 You can walk, talk, move, relax or release emotion in your therapy sessions, you decide. Research shows therapy is so much more effective delivered in this way. 
 
 Therapy is delivered in nature walking and talking,or seated in beautiful organic places and theraputic spaces.

Therapy & Coaching 

I work with individual clients, couples and families, with low mood, anxiety, depression, addictions, disorders, aging, grief, loss and trauma. 

Therapy sessions focus on your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. 

Coaching helps to set goals work on limiting beliefs, self compassion and the inner critic. 

Both therapy and coaching sessions, are invested in helping you to find the true, authentic you. 

We start with an assessment which is 90 minutes, we then formulate a treatment plan with you. On going treatment sessions are 60 minutes.

Assessment appointments are available in person at the holistic clinic in the beautiful town of Ludlow in Shropshire.  

Therapy and coaching sessions are also available digitally, for clients who are not able to attend in person,due to locality, work and education comitments.

Womens wellness is incredibly important, it empowers women to prioritize their physical, pyschological, emotional and spirtual wellbeing. 

We transition through various hormone changes, throughout our life. These changes often impacting on our work and relationships. We stuggle with changes to our body, we loose our identity, We struggle with low self esteem and increased anxiety, lack of motivation, making us feeling increadibly stuck and lost.
